Clinical programs which address all of the above elements will be crafted for each attendee.

This retreat is catered to people who like merit-based training and maximizing the outcomes of their efforts.

Point of difference

Scientific specificity with a holistic approach. At Rise and Rebalance we avoid vague tradition and outdated coaching methods commonly used when teaching Handstands and other inversions.

We do this by using a blended method adopted from a combination of traditional Gymnastics, Chinese, Mongolian and European Hand balancing, Yoga and Pilates.

A tried and tested method based upon mechanical principles, explained clearly and concisely.
